Dear valued Supplier
In compliance with the Municipal Finance Management Act, No 56 of 2003, Regulation 14 (1)a, the eThekwini Municipality hereby invites prospective suppliers of goods and services to apply to be registered  on its supplier database. Existing suppliers on the city's database are required to validate their data and upload relevant documents. 
Compliance in registering your company via this portal results in the following benefits:
  • Management of documentation that annually expires, such as BEE and Tax certificates;
  • Online verification of company details;
  • Ensures effective communication with the eThekwini Municipality;
  • Real time opportunities to do business with the eThekwini Municipality online; and
  • Update of tenders and quotes awarded.
